To operate our vessels using management systems and procedures that define safe practices, identify risks, and establish safeguards against those risks; to minimize damage to the marine environment in which our vessels operate; and to ensure that commercial pressures never compromise the safety of any vessel or person involved in company operations.

To continuously improve our systems, procedures, and management capabilities, as well as the safety, security, and environmental awareness of all employees, both ashore and at sea.

To provide a safe and healthy environment for all employees and any individuals who come into contact with the company or its services.

To treat all personnel, whether ashore or afloat, fairly and equally, regardless of race or country of origin.

To establish clear lines of communication within the company that allow personnel at all levels—ashore and afloat—to have access to senior management, particularly regarding matters of health, safety, security, welfare, and environmental protection.

To ensure that all employees understand their duty to protect their own health and safety as well as that of their colleagues.

To guarantee that the safety and well-being of vessels, crew members, and any individuals connected with company operations are not compromised by the excessive consumption of alcohol or the misuse of drugs.

To continuously reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in line with the International Maritime Organization (IMO)'s strategy, involving adopting technologies for Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) and Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI), incorporating alternative fuels, optimizing operations, and reporting emissions through systems like the EU's Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) framework.
