Crew Management

Cymare provides carefully selected, highly qualified and trained cost-effective crew in accordance with the STCW 1995/2010 and MLC 2006 policies and requirements. We are primarily sourcing seagoing personnel from Ukraine, Russia, Baltic States and Philippines and offer the full scope of crew management and crew manning services:

 

• Selecting, screening and interviewing suitable candidates

• Maintaining records of all seagoing personnel through a computerise data management system including certificates and performance appraisal reports

• Arranging crew pre-assigning, assigning, travelling, joining and repatriating formalities

• Handling crew P&I insurance and crew claims

• Handling crew accounts and payment of wages

• Running crew training and cadet traineeship programs

 

Cymare operates its own manning office in Odessa, Ukraine for direct employment of Ukrainian seafarers and also partners with crew agencies in Latvia, Estonia and the Philippines for all crew-related manning activities.
